Bryan Johnson aged 45, is an American entrepreneur who made many of his millions from a company he founded, Braintree, which specialises in payment solutions for ecommerce businesses. Braintree was later acquired by PayPal for $800 million in 2013.
Bryan Johnson is best known for his Project Blueprint which he founded in 2021. The project costs him around $2 million a year, with the aim being to measure and improve biological age markers. Bryan has been making his rounds on the internet lately across famous YouTube channels, and even has his own channel where he describes himself as “the world’s most measured human”.

Bryan consumes 1977 calories each day, and each calorie has to fight for its importance and usefulness, to be included in his daily food regime. Bryan eats 3 vegan meals a day, each meal has been methodically crafted based on scientific evidence for optimal nutrition:
- Super Veggie: black lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, ginger root, lime, cumin, apple cider vinegar, hemp seeds, extra virgin olive oil
